CTRC Online Application
To access the electronic application for the CTRC, please click on the links below.
The Penn “MyCTRC” electronic application system is a part of the HSERA system for IRB submissions and can be found at https://medley.isc-seo.upenn.edu/hsProtocol/jsp/fast.do (CHOP users can access system using Penn Key)
The CHOP eCTRC electronic application system is a part of the eResearch/eIRB system for IRB submissions and can be found at http://eresearch.chop.edu (Access to the CHOP Intranet is needed)
The Penn and CHOP CTRCs require only one CTRC submission when studies and/or investigators cross the adult/pediatric divide. IRB Cooperative Agreement policies are in place. For assistance and specific instructions prior to IRB and CTRC submission please contact one of the CTRC Administrative Directors or one of the IRB representatives for cooperative agreements listed below:
