The mission of CBIT is to provide investigators, key personnel, and trainees with consultation and implementation of high throughput chemical and biological investigations. CBIT is especially skilled in high throughput screening (HTS) of chemical libraries against biochemical, cellular, and organism-based targets.
We offer the following services:
- Experience in 384-well plate and 1536-well plate HTS.
- Zebrafish HTS.
- Several chemical libraries including known pharmacological actives, fluorogenic peptide libraries for protease substrate mapping, and fragment libraries.
- Assay development using fluorogenic, energy transfer, fluorescence polarization, bioluminescence, chemiluminescence, alpha-Screen, and microarray-based HTS.
- Reaction planning and implementation for hit-to-lead programs.
- Computational modeling and In silico-HTS
