Applicants must have a partially-developed investigator-initiated clinical trial concept that is feasible to initiate within the two-year program
You are expected to serve as Principal Investigator, leading the trial’s design and execution under the guidance of an experienced clinical trialist mentor
The anticipated source of funding for the trial must be described in the application
Budget development and negotiation are considered integral to the project’s feasibility. Applicants should be involved in these conversations prior to and during the program (if possible)
By the end of Year 1, trainees are expected to have a fully developed, IRB-approved trial actively enrolling human subjects
By the end of Year 2, trainees are expected to:
Prepare a manuscript for submission and/or present at a national meeting
Share their project experience with past and current CTTP participants, focusing on challenges encountered and strategies used to overcome them
Only one application is required for both the Clinical Trialist Training Program and Scholarship.
In addition to the online application form, applicants will need to upload multiple documents. Please include your name in the header of each file.
