Tuition rates and fees are listed on the Master's Program Costs website. View the program costs by scrolling to the relevant program section, click on the title to expand and view the tuition by course unit. Changes in tuition and fees are implemented in the summer term each year.

Funding is not available for the following programs:
- Master of Regulatory Affairs
- Regulatory Affairs Certificate
- Clinical Research Nursing Certificate
Additional Costs
- General Equipment: Students must provide their own laptop.
- Textbook Costs: In general, ITMAT Ed courses do not require the purchase of textbooks, with some exceptions, for which textbook costs range from $40 to $150. Courses taken as electives outside of ITMAT may have additional textbook costs.

Scholarships, Student Loans and Financial Aid

- Before considering a private education loan, it is important that all students review and exhaust their eligibility for federal student aid.
- Private Alternative Loans: These established agreements with several lenders offer a range of unique benefits for Penn students. Students may use any lender. Lenders do not have to be on the list provided.
- SOFI and College Ave offer a pre-approval which is a soft credit check, meaning it won't affect a student's credit score and will give them insight into their eligibility prior to applying for the loan.
There are no scholarships specific to MRA or Regulatory Affairs Certificate Students.
