Submitting Application Document(s)

See PSOM Master's and Certificate Transcripts for instructions on how to submit transcripts.

To apply to a program: You must submit transcripts of your academic work for all institutions from which you obtained a degree. You may upload a copy of your unofficial transcripts through the online application system.

Institutions Attended

  • List all institutions where you earned a degree on your application.
  • Include any other institutions where you completed relevant coursework, even if a degree was not awarded.

Transcripts

  • A transcript is required for each institution listed.
  • Unofficial transcripts are required for application submission & review.
  • Official transcripts from all degree-granting institutions must be submitted prior to matriculation if you are admitted.

International Transcripts

  • For any institution outside the U.S., a course-by-course credential evaluation is required. We recommend World Education Services (WES), but evaluations from any NACES or AICE member are accepted.

If you are offered admission: You will be required to provide official final transcripts of all previous degree-bearing academic work to verify the information provided. Offers of admission are not binding until academic records are verified.

Transcripts from institutions from which you did not obtain a degree are not needed. For example: Study abroad credits that were transferred into another institution, or a course/ courses you took at an institution that you transferred into your degree-bearing institution.

The official transcript MUST come from the institution or the electronic delivery service. Applicants CANNOT simply email or upload scanned documents.

You must show your original school record for your coursework; transfer credits as indicated on another school’s transcript are not accepted. In addition, you are required to submit official transcripts from each school you have previously attended or are currently attending. Many schools take a number of weeks to fulfill transcript requests, so please plan accordingly.

For a transcript to be considered official, it must be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • Directly from the issuing institution: An official paper transcript mailed to ITMAT Ed by the issuing institution.
  • Sealed paper transcript: An official transcript bearing the institution’s seal, stamp, or embossed marking, submitted in a sealed envelope that has not been opened. This may be mailed by the applicant.
  • Secure electronic delivery: An official electronic transcript sent through a recognized transcript delivery service (e.g., Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse).

Please do not submit:

  • Copies, opened or unsealed envelopes, screenshots, or unofficial printouts
  • Please do not send the original of an academic record that cannot be replaced.

If there are discrepancies between the self-reported academic work and official records, the offer of admission will be revoked. The school grading scale or other standards of evaluation, including minimum passing and failing marks and the definition of grades between them, should appear on official records or be provided as an attachment. You will be unenrolled in the program if you do not submit your official transcripts by the deadline designated in your acceptance letter.
