Program Structure
Our mission is to equip early-career research professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to advance rare disease research while supporting them on their career exploration. Through rigorous training, mentorship, and community engagement, P3 scholars learn to design and execute research ethically, communicate science effectively, and explore various career pathways—positioning themselves as future leaders in translational research.
The program blends live online sessions via Zoom with asynchronous assignments delivered through Canvas, our Learning Management System. Pre-work includes readings, case studies, and journal reviews to prepare for Friday discussions. Most live online sessions are Fridays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET. Pre-work is typically due on the Wednesday prior to each session.
