Clinical Trialist Training Program

Clinical trial activity at Penn Medicine has steadily increased in volume and complexity over the past decade. CTTP was created to meet the growing demand for skilled investigators who can lead trials that shape the future of patient care. The program equips early-career faculty with the tools, mentorship, and institutional support needed to design and implement investigator-initiated clinical trials.

Join our next cohort of clinicians committed to a career path in developing and implementing investigator initiated clinical trials. Faculty in the AC, CE, and Tenure Track are eligible to apply. Scholarships to protect 25% effort are available for AC track faculty.

“While hands-on experience is an important part of every training program, the CTTP allowed me the chance to develop a strong foundation through coursework and mentorship that broke down many of the barriers that I otherwise would have faced in trying to learn how to navigate this process. I am very grateful for the mentorship and structure that is provided during that time so that I could grow into my current role.”
